Is there any sales tax on my order?
Paylon is only registered in Michigan to collect sales tax. If your order is shipping outside of Michigan then you will not be charged any sales tax.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Deliveries are called out on the top of your quote. As a general rule curtain track ships in approximately 3-4 days and the curtains ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. If you have a rush order simply contact your sales representative and ask them for a special rush delivery. If it is possible, we will work with you.
Do you offer distributor pricing?
Yes. If you are a distributor then we can offer you a distributor discount.
What is the return policy?
Custom ordered products can not be returned for a refund as they are made to order. Please measure twice and order once. If the product is damaged or malfunctioning, please call Paylon to discuss return options. You must first call 989-494-1209 to receive an “RMA” (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order for us to properly process your return.
If return of goods is possible due to the item being a standard stocked product, we will offer a refund or exchange within (10) days of the shipment date excluding any shipping, insurance, restocking charges (if applicable) or other charges where applicable.
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please call or E-Mail us immediately so we can handle your concerns and discuss a refund or replacement. If you decide that you do not want the merchandise. Please note that returned items that are simply not wanted or needed have a 30% restock fee.
If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return.

How much is my shipping cost?
Since we deal with custom orders, unless otherwise specified by your sales person, all shipping charges are not included.
The exact cost for shipping is not known until we receive the bill from our shipping carrier for shipping you your product, at which point we will charge you for the order including those shipping costs. However, we can give you an estimate based on previous shipments of about the same size and width. Simply ask your sales representative.
If you have an account with a shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, Conway..ect then you can provide us with that account number and we can ship your order on your account.
