Year Limited Warranty

All door, grille, and closure products are given a sole exclusive warranty by the manufacturer, with respect to the goods sold hereunder only provided that they've been paid for in full. The Manufacturer warrants that the goods will be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipping, given the design cycle of life is not exceeded. Components or parts sold separately that fail due to defects in material or workmanship within 1 year the date of shipment will be placed under warranty providing installation has been carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedure. This warranty is limited to providing replacement parts only.

Paylon LLC makes no other warranty or representation, express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for particular purposes of any of the goods sold hereunder, including without limitation warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.  Buyer acknowledges that the buyer alone has determined that the goods and services will meet the requirements of their intended use. Should the manufacturer breach its warranty, buyers only remedy and Paylon LLC's only obligation will be, at Paylon LLC's option, the replacement or repair by the manufacturer of any defective goods, either in the field or F.O.B

This warranty shall not extend to any incidental or consequential damage, accident, or issue resulting from improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, storage, handling, neglect, or unauthorized modification resulting from interconnecting goods with other goods not supplied by the manufacturer of this product.
